If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned to us within 15 days of shipping date. All items that are returned must not be worn, altered or washed. Shipping cost for returned items will not be refunded. Clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at Info@IchiakorDesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include a description of the damaged item. We will refund your full amount including shipping, provided the item has not been worn, altered or washed.
